Before or After Normal Business Hours
Typically before 8:30-9:30 a.m. and after our last showings (typical start time: 11:30 p.m.), we offer an hourly rate.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - $100/hour
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $150/hour

During Business Hours
Renting an auditorium while the theater is open to the general public entails buying out all the seats in that particular auditorium for the ticket price at time of rental.

For example, if you're buying out a 150-seat auditorium before 6:00 p.m. and all tickets are $1.00, your rental fee would be $150. Renting the same auditorium after 6:00 p.m. (if tickets were $1.50 each) would incur a rental fee of $225.

Other Important Information

There is no minimum number of people required since you will be charged either an hourly rate or for buying out an entire auditorium
The concession stand is open for purchases, but food cannot be brought in
You may choose from any movie playing at theater at the time of the rental
Reservations are required at least 10 days in advance
Payment (in full) is required in advance
We do not offer special rates for repeat rentals

Special Screenings/Foreign Film Rentals

Special request films may be brought in for an additional charge (ranging from $150-$400 depending on the film)
Freight charges and a $100 buildup/breakdown fee will also be applied
Rental fees for the auditorium apply (as listed above)
Any films over two hours long will require the rental of an auditorium for two showtime periods (for example, a rental from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in a 150-seat auditorium at $1.00 per ticket = 150 X $1 X 2 +$100 buildup/breakdown = $400)
